topic 3 : the leader

To be a leader is innate, either you born leader either you don't. It's running in your veins or not, a leader will isn't always right or wrong because a leader is also human like the rest of us. There's so many types of leader : leader with a team or at work or school. It really is following his level of interest, for exemple a leader with other people at the scouts won't always be a leader at school because he sees no interest in investing too much for that when other people can. So I don't think being a leader is all white or all black, it is finely-shaded following the concern the people give in. Because it can be exhausting to be a leader with people who aren't capable of doing anything you would ask them or aren't just concilient and won't do willingly the task you ask them to do. But a true leader should always be able to make his team work because it is what he's asked for, it is job to make everything work because or else he would be useless and wouldn't be the leader
