The role of a leader is to make sure that everyone feels good so that the team is effective. A group where people feel bad is not a group that will work well so the main role of the leader is to make sure that everyone feels good. It is also important to talk to the leader when there are problems within a group so that he or she can resolve them as fairly as possible.

But we must not forget that the leader must keep a certain distance from others so that it does not interfere with the work. There must still be a certain hierarchy and we must not forget who is the leader, and who makes the final decisions.
