People who take themselves seriously are often hated by their colleagues and that is quite understandable. In addition, he often puts pressure on their teams while they twiddle their thumbs. This is not the right method to follow. But the group must also agree to be cared for. We are not all on an equal footing. Others have more experience and can manage a group and know clearly what to do. It's a good way to gain experience, and maybe one day you too can become a leader! And if it's really not your thing to work in a group, you can always turn to a profession or you can work alone!
