I only partially agree with this quote. On the one hand, it is true that what we think of ourselves is the most important thing. First of all, you have to know how to love yourself, whether it be your physique or your personality because you can't get away from it. Moreover, you have to have self-confidence because in life it will not always be pink so you have to know how to count on yourself. As we often say, you can only count on yourself. We must therefore believe in ourselves, in our dreams and in our projects in order to reach them because no one will do it for us.

But on the other hand, I think it is also useful to have an external opinion of what is being reflected. It is therefore not necessary to take into account everyone's opinion, but perhaps at least the opinion of those around us, such as our family and friends. Because they only want us to do good, so they can be very good counsel and help us during the most difficult moments of our lives.
