Topic 3 : The real job of a leader is not about being in charge, it's about taking care of those in your charge

This is absolutely true, we are no longer in the 1950s, the mentality has evolved and the leader now has other responsibilities than simply leading a team. He must take care of the people he has under his responsibility, the employee-employer relationship no longer exists today, the leader must be at the same level as the people with whom he works or no synergy will be possible. Without synergy, no coherent and effective teamwork and therefore poor results in the future. If the leader takes care of the people with whom he works, people will be confident and will see that there is a sense of complicity between their superior and them. It is really important for the leader to embrace group and understanding psychology in order to carry out his team in the best possible way.
